This is for white allies, and those who claim the title, from a white ally.

One of the biggest part of actually BEING an ally, is EDUCATING YOURSELF. It is NOT on POC to educate us, it is on us. If you truly want to be an ally, fight racism, etc. then you have to take the time to educate yourself. If you’re unwilling to do this, then you cannot call yourself a true ally.
