Working out
Sahm here... WHEN do you workout?
My kids are early risers (5-5:30 am). I have a 5 yo, 3 yo, & 1 yo. I homeschool my oldest. I have zero energy at night, and value my sleep (knowing I'll have to get up early).
I try to fit in 15 ish minute videos once a day. It's just not enough for me. Before covid I was at the gym 3-5 days a week. Hubby works 12 hour days, and I don't have anyone to watch my kids if I did want to go.
I'm just not happy with the way I look. I eat healthy, and I'm definitely at a healthy weight. I just need to trim some fat and tone some muscle!
