Meditation concerns
Anyone here practice meditation? Conscience expansion? Frequency healing?
I've been dabbling with this stuff for a long time but not until recently did I start focusing on focusing through my meditation and frequency healing/ meditations. Getting in all my sessions consistently and with my full heart in it
My concern is.....
I'm so calm and my anger levels have gone waaaaaaaaay down and my rebound time after arguments and conflicts is immediate lol among many other benefits of meditation that im already experiencing!
I almost feel scared for being so calm 🤣
Is this normal? Lol
In other words I feel unfuckwithable & limitless & extremely at peace in my heart ❤
