I have a mom that she doesn't have time for her kids she rather do other things

I have been taking care of her and we would go to the park and she would rather talk to her mom instead of me which she can call her mom anytime but that's our time together like she's having her time on the phone with her mom I'd like to have a conversation with her spend quality time.

Anytime we have time together she thinks of things like oh I'll call my mom oh I'll sew and she locks herself in her room.

She talks to different people I just feel like I have no one to talk to no human interaction
