How to balance hormones!?

Hello! I just got my Liletta removed because it caused me to gain weight, go through a depressive episode, get bad hormonal acne and more but now that it’s out I was wondering if anyone had advice for balancing my hormones. Has anyone tried those flo gummies?

Im not sure what i liletta is..but to balance hormones after coming off bc im guessing??  will be...time. give it time for your hormones to level out. Taking OTC hormone supplements can cause it to go out off whack. I have tried evening primrose, vitex and it did more damage than good x
