new dot on breast.

freckle? mole? blister? something else? it seems to be a tiny bit raised. I have other freckles on my breasts, but this one is darker. I don’t know how long it’s been there but I feel like it’s pretty new. not itchy, doesn’t hurt. just wondering if I should be concerned.
