I work full time pay half of everything and I still do all the cooking and cleaning is this fair?

I’ve spoke to my partner about it and he refuses to do any tidying or cooking!!  His mum use to do everything for his dad but never worked full time!! 
Advice!!!

Even if you didn’t work you shouldn’t do 100% of the home work. Pretty sure most people aren’t working 24 hours at their jobs either. I cannot stand it when men feel like women should take care of everyone the house.

Obviously it’s not fair and you shouldn’t accept it. You didn’t marry a child, you married a partner, and he’s not holding up his end. Offer an ultimatum. 🤷🏻‍♀️

First off, I would absolutely hate such rigid roles. Even if he can't cook or doesn't like cooking he can bring takeout, or put a premade meal in the oven or grill or whatever. There is no reason you should always handle meals. I do the majority of meals in our house, but my husband will jump in no problem if I am burning out on it.  
As for cleaning, he needs to help out.  While I do most of the household cleaning, my husband collects and takes out the trash, does the dishes, and vacuums the stairs (all the things I hate doing) but I'd do any of those if he needed or asked and he'd do any of the cleaning tasks I do.  Same with laundry - I do household laundry, but my husband does his own. However, he's perfectly capable of doing all the laundry.
When I was in the hospital after having my 4th (I stayed with baby in NICU) my husband did it all himself and I trusted that he was capable. What's the point in having a partner that isn't capable of handling things without you there?

This is the problem with women who do everything around their houses and baby their children. They turn into adult children who think they deserve to be catered to. 
My mom would beat my ass if I ever had this kind of entitled attitude. I had to do a lot of my own from a young age. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Tell him to make more money like his dad so you can stay home like his mom. I mean he can’t be serious, he has to see that the situations aren’t even the same. It’s not fair and like others are saying I’d stop doing things for him or give an ultimatum

At one point in time I worked full time 9-5, had a toddler with non-verbal Autism, and came home to cook and clean every night! My son is finally progressing in speech, I left my job when COViD got bad, and have been taking care of the house/animals with no issues! My husband is a horrible cook 🤣 When he has days off he helps me with household chores, but his job is super demanding so I don't take it personally.
