Due Date/How many weeks am I?

So my first appt is the 18th and I have a few confusing results as to what my due date is and how far along I am. Glow and Glow nurture are saying I’m 6w 1d which would make my estimated due date Oct. 30. But on my Ovia pregnancy has me at November 2nd which I dont know how that happened, so I’d be 5w 5 days. When I went for my pregnancy confirmation the nurse did a quick calculation and she said end of October as well. Should I just trust the glow app? I was diligently logging everything so it would know more about when I conceived.
