Symptoms at 11weeks 4 days

Hey all you lovely ladies. I’m currently 11weeks and 4 days today and just curious if it’s normal for symptoms to come and go. I’ve not had much symptoms this time round the most being exhausted and unsettled in the night going to pee a lot. For a few weeks my boobs felt heavy and my nipples were very sensitive. Not really felt sick just on and off.

Today I’m feeling tired, hungry, peeing a lot, feeling a bit sick. But my boobs don’t feel heavy and my nipples are only a little sensitive.

I have a little boy who turned 2 in feb but this pregnancy is so different from his. I have my first cannon the 17th where we will be 12 weeks 6 days pregnant
