I’m 4w1d and I’ve been waking up with shivers and not with a fever but fever like feeling (98.8). Took a nap this afternoon after getting exhausted over just going to the store and woke up the same really hot and feeling feverish (temp was 98.7) is this normal? Should I be taking fever reducer or let my body do it’s thing? Has anyone else experienced this?

UPDATE: my temp was at 99.7 all night and I felt like absolute crap. I got tested for COVID this morning just in case and I tested positive );
