While trying to conceive should you be taking prenatal vitamins even before you may actually be pregnant? 
Also what brand/kind do you guys use??

I've been taking prenatals since well before beginning ttc, they're good for you to take no matter if you're ttc, pregnant, or just looking for a good multivitamin, honestly. I use the nature's bounty ones, they have the most folate and dha of any of the in store brands I've seen, and are literally always on sale, buy one get one free at fry's (Kroger)! I get a 4 month supply for 12 bucks, you can't beat that!

Yes, helped me conceive my first. Only recommendation I have is take something that’s easy for you. I changed what I took four times From starting them to the end of my pregnancy because of the inconvenience or issues with extreme morning sickness and that was so hard. now I have decided to find something I like before hand that hopefully last throughout the whole pregnancy if we are able to conceive.

Yes it’s recommended to start a prenatal while TTC, so your body is prepared if you were to become pregnant! I like Spring Valley, I can take without food and don’t upset my stomach or make me feel nauseous. Just got to find a brand that works good for you!
