When is it best to test?

O keep reading everything - best in the morning because urine us concentrated, not good in the morning because levels are lower, in the afternoon because that’s when the surge is etc....
So when is the best time?

I’m using the digital and I test in the am. Not FMU because I forget every single time haha then afternoon. This is my 3rd month doing it and I’ve caught the surge twice. Hopefully catching it within the next few days! The digital is the easiest for me just because it’s easier to read.

I was told its good to test twice a day. Between 11am & 3pm. Then 5pm to 10pm. So im going to try that during my next cycle

With opks unless you are using the digital tests - the best time to test is NOT with first morning pee and to test between  10am and 6pm. A lot of women find they see their surge around 2pm. For me it's always 4.30-5pm
