Will I be ok to drink a small coffee from dunkin ??

I’ll be 4 weeks tomorrow and I just read an article that it could cause miscarriage 😫 I really don’t want another miscarriage but I really need some coffee 😫😫😫

Just keep it under 200mg of caffeine.  That’s the level they’ve determined is safe for both preventing a mc and for the developing baby (caffeine crosses the placenta and they don’t know the long term effects)

Yes. Your only suppose to have under a certain amount ( can’t think of the exact amount ) but I have a small cup a day & even with my other two babies & they came out fine.

I was drinking a medium iced coffee from Dunkin frequently until I realized it was slightly over the 200mg. Baby girl is healthy. Have the coffee girl!

I drink decaf we’re fine it just taste nasty. You can have one small cup and be fine.

I drink a medium coffee everyday through all my pregnancy’s. with my second I switched to tea for a bit just because coffee was turning my stomach. You can prob check the caffeine content online for Dunkins. You can have 200mg a day, just keep in mind if you drink pop and other things that also contain caffeine
