I’m 38 and 4 today and for the past few weeks I been having period like cramps some are stronger then others some last an hr or so and some just come and go as they please. This is my first pregnancy so Idk what exactly contractions are gonna feel like. I keep getting told that I’ll know but I’ve read so many articles of women who didn’t even know they were in labor they just had mild cramping. I just don’t know when this cramping stops and real contractions start. I know it probably sounds dumb to some of you that I’m saying all this but all of this is new to me
