Ugh !!!! Pcos

I have pcos very common for me to be irregular but I keep cramping for about a week now my period is 8 days late I took a test at 4 days late negative. I have a feeling I am not pregnant but our bodies are so weird I’m not trying to get my hopes up. I have a bit of nausea but that’s it but I could just be me what were your symptoms when you got your bfp?
