Would this technically be my 3rd pregnancy?

Even if I didn’t carry my last 2 to term? I’ve had one abortion and one miscarriage. I’m pregnant now, Would my body sense that this is my third pregnancy or would it not make a difference since I didn’t have the babies?

The doctor will write it down as your 3rd pregnancy. I’ve had two live births and two miscarriages. So this is my 5th pregnancy. But when people comment on me being pregnant I say it’s my 3rd child because it gets confusing very quickly. Some people explain all of it, but I don’t as a personal decision. It’s not that I don’t love my two that I miscarried, but constantly explaining it can be painful.

I have 3 living 1 ectopic 2 miscarriages and pregnant again and they say 7 pregnancy’s .... dr.s do separate it from what was living and not but it’s still basically an all together thing
