I had that and after speaking to a nurse she had me take miralax, I only took it once & was okay after that. Definitely reach out to your office ! They gave me a few options.

Lmao!! don’t mean to laugh but I felt this in my bones. I basically went into my OB’s office on Monday in tears because it had been over 2 weeks with no BM. She didn’t allow me to take milk of mag... instead she said I could try metamucil or a glycerin suppository if it was that bad (which 2 weeks of not s***** most def was!) so I took the suppository for the first time in my life & felt instant relief. I hope I never get there again but who knows 😩 They keep saying drink miralax which has NEVER worked for me 🙄

I've never been very regular and this pregnancy the constipation was almost killing me. My midwife recommend Calm, it's a magnesium supplement and it worked like MAGIC. I have some every other night and it has solved my problems.

Try milk of magnesia, I was also told to drink Metamucil daily. I have yet to try that though! I also found eating Granny Smith apples with the skin helps me go! lol
