Just because today I had some strange feeling that I needed to check out the manual for my car seat. I ended up having to remove the newborn insert, move up the head support to the highest slots and move the straps up to the second highest slots. (FTM, didn’t even know that removing stuff or moving straps was a thing until I was reading the manual) Check your manuals and make sure you’ve got everything in the right position for your little beans :)
