Implantation Bleeding???

Be 4 next month. I had irregular cycles when I started depo after my first child and I was okay with not having a period sometimes while I wasnt trying to conceive but me and my husband wanted to have a another baby. My period came and didn’t go off for about 3 weeks and my gynecologist put me on some meds to stop the bleeding but the meds didn’t work. So I had to get on birth control, I choose the patches which worked really well except the sticky adhesive glue from the patch would irritate my skin and leave a nasty sore/scar at the end of each week.

I got on the patches to correct my cycles. I decided that I had enough with the irritation from the patches and that I was was ready again along with my husband ready to TTC.

So November 2020 I took my patch off after my wedding anniversary November 21 and I had a normal cycle that month. It was the last patch for the month and it was time for my period week to start. So I PMS in the beginning of December around the 1st-7th. This is just guesstimates.

Then January 2021 came I PMS around the same time as my last period normal flow

February came I PMS also in the beginning of the month 7days normal cycle, normal flow

Then at the end of February I downloaded this app and I entered my period dates just so I can begin to track them. Well the app told me that my period would come again March 1st-7th.

So I didn’t really have faith in this app but I was also aware that my period could start March 1st. When March 1st came I didn’t PMS.

March 2nd Later that evening I was having intercourse with my husband and I felt fine I didn’t have any period symptoms. When we finished, a little blood was on him and I wiped me and it was pink. So I believed it was my period starting now.

Well I took a short bath and went to bed, I put a pad on. When I woke up my pad had dark red/brown blood on it. In spots. I didn’t have any cramps maybe light twinges. And The next day March 3rd I would wipe me and it would have brown blood on the tissue. I continued to wear the same pad those 2days and it only had brown blood spots on it and I wiped me and brown blood on the tissue.

The next days I had no period. I tested Negative on March 4th, March 7th, & March 9th I did these test on a Urine test not the expensive kind and it wasn’t first morning urine.

Today is March 11th I’ve noticed some nausea, Lightly tender breast sometimes, I’ve had mood swings, light dizziness, frequent urination. I even feel bloated but this could all be my imagination. But ik I’ve been urinating frequently even when I haven’t been drinking anything. I scheduled an appointment to my Gynecologist

For March 15th.

Do y’all think I had implantation bleeding?? Has anyone ever experienced this??
