Advice Please

My first child I didn’t have a positive test until i was 6 weeks pregnant. 2nd pregnancy had a positive test at 8 weeks (ended in a miscarriage). I have been off of BC for over 6 months. We are TTC, We tried while I was ovulating. About a week later I had what appeared to be implantation spotting (I never spot) & what felt like implantation cramps (had this with my first) My period is suppose to start in 10ish days. I have been overly emotional but that is it. Is there a good chance that I could be pregnant with our rainbow baby? When should I take a test? 💕🌈
