ttc after miscarriage questions

i had a mc at 6 weeks on feb 9th. i only bled for 4 days and we went back to our usual baby making because i passed everything naturally and my doctor said all is okay to try again as long as i’m mentally ready.

i’m now 31 days after mc and i according to glo(i don’t use opt) i ovulated 9 days ago. i tested before i realized it was only 9 days after ovulation and got a starke white negative. but i FEEL pregnant. my back has been hurting, i’ve started to pee a lot again, i’ve been emotional and i’ve been having crazy dreams which was how i realized i was pregnant w my angel baby.

is it at all possible i am actually pregnant and just tested too early?
