It's almost been a year since my laparoscopic surgery and still not a single pregnancy. (Stage 3 endometriosis). Hoping to do our second iui this cycle.

I’ve had multiple laparoscopic surgeries for my Endometriosis, and couple Endometrioma surgically removed as well. We have both severe male factor infertility and female infertility. No pregnancy after any surgeries.
