My perfect boy gone too soon

Kelly

Was 42 weeks when the Dr said let's get you induced. 1st mistake, know my Dr wasn't there when I arrived. 2nd the nurses not concerned with the babies heart rate. 3rd the Dr that was there tried placing a monitor pin on him before my water broke. Then his heart rate went too low they rushed me for emergency c section, woke up and my baby wasn't there, I was completely out of it from all the drugs that were given to me. They had to do the surgery with a vaginal reconstruction surgeon, she said she hasn't done a c-section in years. Then before I woke up they had to cut me open again because the forgot a sponge in me?!( But they never told me until weeks later?!) None of the staff told me anything, while my baby was rushed to another hospital for a NICU. He was on severe life support for 2 days before he left us. Everything is such a blur I don't even feel like I had a baby, I held him once while he was dieing. Found out later that my Dr never diagnosised me with preeclampsia even tho my BP was always high. This was my first pregnancy so I just trusted the Dr. We are currently in court for medical malpractice for my baby and for almost killing me on table. It's been a hard 6 months. And none of my friends nor my husband wants to talk about him. So I'm hoping posting this will help. My beautiful baby's name is Phox Dai
