Foot injury and more swelling?

I had an injury on 2/21 (first picture was about 30mins after) and was wondering if anyone has seen progression like this with swelling? It still hurts to walk a lot and is mostly swollen the worst at night.

A dresser drawer fell right directly on it. First ER visit said it appeared to have broken blood vessels but then since it was more swollen, on 3/6 I went to a physician who said the X-rays showed no breaks or fractures, maybe that the fact I am on a blood thinner had something no to do with the slowness of healing, but wanted to send me to a podiatrist. 🤯
