How to I properly clean the area where I tore? I have been doing the warm water bottle and the spray the hospital gave me and patting dry. But I can’t seem to get all the poo and pee/blood clear all the way with patting and super gentle wiping and I’m afraid I’ll get an infection but I don’t wanna do it too hard by accident and hurt it more. I’m 1 day pp and it hurts more than yesterday did.
