Heavy cramps, no bleeding or spotting
I’m six weeks today. I woke up in the middle of the night with heavy consistent cramping (it’s not painful, it’s just not comfortable). I was able to go back to sleep and woke up with it again. I typically have light and intermittent cramping so these cramps are different. There isn’t any bleeding 🙏🏼. Has this happened to anyone?
Please send prayers this isn’t a miscarriage. 🙏🏼
