What should I pack in my hospital bag?

What items should be packed? Any recommendations or advice? Any advice or links for comfortable clothing/robes/underwear that we should pack?

I packed light this second time around. I plan on showering while there so I got the mini travel size shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, qtips, a small hairbrush, hair tie and pomade for hair. A nursing gown, some slippers, underwear just in case lol, although I won’t be wearing mine but theirs and that huge pad thing. Clothes to come home and my baby’s coming home clothes. Also I threw in some snacks for my husband and protein shakes for me.

Underwear depends I feel if you have a c-section or not. For me I just packed underwear that I knew would work with pads for when I left hospital. I wore there robe they provided for me (birthing center). I didn't wear socks but had some packed for when I went home. Had comfy pants and nursing top for when I went home. Newborns clothes for going home. Hair brush,  phone charger,  toothbrush, (didn't take a shower there so none of that but if you plan on taking one pack those). Hair clip because I needed my hair up, contacts/ glasses.  Think that's it packed very light we didn't stay long.
