My doc is giving me a hard time

When I was about 15 weeks pregnant I moved and had to switch my first ob. I was new to the area so the only ob I found who accepted my insurance was 30 mins drive from me .

Recently I found a new doctor who I want to switch to even tho I’m 30 weeks already, they said it’s fine as long as my doc gives them my health records. The reason I’m switching to this new one at 30 weeks is because 1. It’s closer to me (sometimes I have a emergency and I have to get myself to the hospital because we have two toddlers that I leave with my husband and I can’t go by myself 30 mins away esp at night) this one is 12 mins away from me. And 2. The doctor is affiliated with the hospital that is also close to my house and that I want to go in for to have baby.

My doc is showing attitude and I told them I wanna transfer so fax me the hippa form but they are like just come to your appointment first we’ll talk then see. Like what’s there to see? A Uber costs me $30-40 to and from every appointment, I’m also high risk so i have to go every 2-3 weeks for now and then every week after 35 weeks. How can I address this situation , the other doc won’t take me without my records
