Gaining weight since I started jogging
I was walking a few miles a few times a week trying to lose the baby weight after baby #2. I have succeeded in losing most of it. I’m now 140 at 5’7 which I’m pretty pleased with. I decided to start jogging because I was getting bored with walking. I jog 4 miles about 3-4 times a week. I’ve since gained 2 pounds that won’t budge. I’m not freaking out, more so just confused and interested to know if this has happened to anyone else? Thanks!
