Bf food shamed me

I’m crying because when I was in the kitchen cooking my bf said “still eating holy fucking shit” I’m overweight and ran a ton of errands today and this is my second meal. I tried to not let it hurt but I think I’m just horrified that he could say that to me thinking it’s actually okay. I’m scared that this is a red flag for abuse.
