C section question
My white strips just came off. Can I still wear my abdominal binder that I was given at the hospital ? It’ll now be directly on the incision without the strips. Just makes me nervous ... I’ve read some girls put a pad over the incision and then the binder. But I’m not sure why that’s done. Anyone who’s gone thru this what did you do once your white strips came off ? In regards to continuing to wear your binder ... thank you
