Sex recorded without consent

Hello. I have a question.

Please save your rude comments as I’m upset enough I’m just looking for advice not to be scolded

I have been talking to some guy for a while online and today I went to his house to hookup. While we were hooking up he picked up his phone and turned on the light (I assumed) bc it was almost pitch black in his room.

He asked me if he could record us and I said “uh I don’t think so” and he said okay and we continued.

He picked up his phone multiple times during the session and I was already exhausted so I didn’t think much of it besides that he was using a light. Well when I was riding him I felt him pick up the phone (my eyes were closed) and I got off of him and he got on top instead and finished but I started thinking after that he recorded us.

I’m not really sure if I should ask him or what I should say. I’m not comfortable being on video with someone that’s not my partner (a hookup only) and I was clear on my no.

Should I ask him? Should I leave it alone? I’m hella embarrassed because I feel like I should of asked him during but I was feeling intimidated and didn’t want to inquire 😩 I’m so embarrassed by this.

I haven’t been with anyone since leaving my ex husband so I was fighting through some anxiety already and now I feel humiliated 🥲
