acne?

I was just wondering if anybody else got these spots, I’m assuming it’s acne, on your belly during pregnancy? I noticed it during early pregnancy and it seems the farther along I get the worse it becomes. Is it worth mentioning to my Dr or can I do something myself to help it go away?
