Is this normal? *tmi pic of blood*

I’m 38 weeks tomorrow and I just got my cervix checked. Kinda cramping. I was 1cm dilated when they checked. I’m about 99% sure that he didn’t do a membrane sweep. He didn’t ask me and they always asked me with my first baby. Anyways I went to the bathroom a couple hours later. This is more blood than spotting but less then a period for me. So is this okay? He said to expect spotting but I wasn’t expecting this much. I’m slightly cramping but no contractions and baby is still moving a lot
