Hi Ladies!

Ok, I don’t know whether to be alarmed or not. I have never had this happen before. I recently ovulated last week(11th/12th). Since yesterday, I’ve been slightly cramping in the abdominal and mostly lower back. I went to use the bathroom and a white egg jelly bean sized glob came out. Back pain increased afterwards. Is this normal and my body is self cleaning after ovulation? Or should I seek help due to increased pain?

My period is supposed to start for another week so I’m not too certain. 😔
