Weight Loss 28 Days Shred Challenge

I’ve been doing an 28 day shred challenge . 14 day three video by Chloe Ting and the next 14 days three other videos by her and I’m feeling good. Iam learning discipline and consistency with working out. I also been eating salads and drinking lemon water NO Pop or sugar. I haven’t checked my weight yet ! Fingers crossed I lost alittle 😀🙂😊
