2nd ultrasound they said there is no heartbeat?

So I went to see my obgyn and she just went over my blood work and then did an ultrasound on her handheld monitor and tried using a doppler, but she was having a hard time with even finding the baby.. she said she wasn’t satisfied with her results so she’d get me a real ultrasound appointment. I didn’t think anything off about that, but when I got in the car I read the appointment paper and it said stat.. when I got there and got in to see the ultrasound tech she acted strange and was questioning me on why I was having the ultrasound done, I just said that my doctor sent me. After she took a few pictures, she left the room and about 5 minutes later she came back with a man doctor who told her to show him and he nonchalantly said, oh yeah, looks like the baby didn’t make it there’s no heartbeat. Then he left the room.. I was like what? Wait what? Why? And the ultrasound tech said sometimes this happens, I’m so sorry. She gave me a box of tissue, asked me if I wanted any pictures printed and I said no thank you, because I was breaking down crying and then she left the room. She didn’t even try a vagina ultrasound to see if maybe she just wasn’t able to see or hear the heartbeat yet. That was two days ago, and there still hasn’t been any stomach cramps or bleeding and I don’t understand what happened and what the next stage is here. This was my first pregnancy and I was doing fine, never bled or cramped..

I just need help to understand and accept this. Any of you girls ever went through this before in your first pregnancy? I was 10 weeks and 4 days when they said the heartbeat was no longer there, and yet my ultrasound paperwork that they sent to my doctor and she gave to me that next say says I’m 14 weeks?
