Doctor didn’t order HCG?

Question

My regular Doctor was away so I had a different one. She sent me for the initial bloodwork and when I checked the results online, she didn’t order HCG levels or a urine pregnancy test, but all other pregnancy related labs. Is this normal?! I am 5 weeks.

Not every doctor does. My doctor did, however, because I’m high-risk.

I've never had my levels checked and I just had 4th baby last year. Its not necessary
