Symptoms but BFN
We are trying to get pregnant from 2 months now. This month I had all the symptoms (tender breasts, sore nipples, frequent urinating, headaches, sensitive to smells, lower back pain) from 3dpo but ended up getting my periods. I was not expecting that after all the symptoms I will get my periods. Can someone help me why this happened?
