Autism.

Anyone else’s kid either diagnosed or getting diagnosed for Autism. My baby is 2 1/2 years old and says very little words. She understand everything tho like come sit let’s go here you go in our native language. She does respond to her name sometimes but most times she ignores us. I’m not scared she will be diagnosed I’m more upset that I don’t know what to do to help her or anything... has anyone had this happen and their kid started to speak?? Idk I don’t want to offend anyone. First time mom
