Have you ever heard of the 7 day theory ?

I guess there’s a theory that if you have sex for 7 days after your period it increases you’re chances of getting pregnant. Have you heard about it?

I ovulate right after my period (unsure why but I do have a shorter cycle than most), so all times I conceived it was because I had sex in the week after my period 🤣😅 anything after and it never worked as far as conceiving. I can always tell by my cervical mucous, I know some can't though.

Typically if you have sex for 7 days after your period stop you’re having sex everyday 7 days before ovulation (assuming a regular 28 day cycle and a 7 day bleed).

You’re better off tracking your ovulation with opks and bbt and timing sex before you ovulate...
