First appointment today

I have my first appointment this afternoon. I’m supposed to be 7 weeks. Last time I was in that office it was confirming my miscarriage at 9 weeks in November. I’m so effing nervous. How am I supposed to work this morning leading up to it? I swear the nerves are making my nausea worse too. Ugh. If you say prayers please do so. If you send good vibes and thoughts please do so. I’m so nervous that it’s going to be the same thing again where I go in and babe stopped growing.
