Baby up for hours at bedtime
My baby is 5 months old and was sleeping perfectly with our bedtime routine for around 10 hours at night, we got through the 4 month sleep regression, and things finally went back to normal.
But in the last week or so, she'll go to bed between 7-8pm, and then wake up every 30-60 minutes until about 11/midnight. Occasionally during the wake-ups she's gassy or wants to comfort nurse, and will go back down easily, and other times it's after she's been fed/burped/changed and shouldn't need anything as if she's overtired. She doesn't appear to be teething.
She naps just fine most days. Do I maybe need to adjust my nap schedule? She can't stay awake for more than 2-2.5 hours so there's not much wiggle room in the schedule, and I don't think she's napping too long bc when I've tried waking her sooner than the times below, she's cranky or will just wake on her own after typical nap length.
We pretty much stick to this sleep schedule, but sometimes she'll give sleepy cues about 15 mins early at which point we'll put her down for nap/bed.
Schedule:
Wake at 7 - usually up for ~60-90 mins
Nap 1: 2 hrs
Awake: 2-2.5 hrs
Nap 2: 1.5 hrs
Awake: 2-2.5 hrs
Nap 3: 1-1.5 hrs
Awake: 1.5-2 hrs
Bed: usually between 7-8p depending on nap/wake times
I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing but any suggestions would be appreciated. I desperately want her to get a good night's sleep and not to make herself overtired.
