Is this alot of hair fall? 4.5 days between washing

I have thin hair. I washed it Monday afternoon and didn't wash it again until Friday night (tonight)

if you think that’s a lot you should see my shower 😂😂 i shed like a dog. we lose about 50-100 strands of hair a day so considering that tiny pile is from over 4 days, i’d say it’s below average for hair fall out.
