3 month old, baby poop

are these cause for concern? my baby is EBF and recently he’s been pooping a lot more frequently and has been more irritable. i also noticed a different almost fishy kind of smell to his poop. he eats just fine but i notice he wants to sleep a lot more too

i’m not sure if he is teething or not, he’s been a lot more drooly lately as well, could this be why his poop is different? not every time his poop looks like this. sometimes it’s a darker yellow and seedy, which to me is normal. do you think that means he’s getting better?
