Hardest habit to break?
What’s been your hardest habit to break? Mines been excessive caffeine. I was a preworkout chase it with an energy drink kinda person. 2-3 energy drinks a day 3 cups of coffee!
I don’t know if it’s the baby or the caffeine withdrawal but man I am tired.
I have decided to enjoy my first cup of coffee since finding out I was expecting. I hope it’s good!
