I desperately need advice! -Sleep training a toddler

My daughter is 17 almost 18 months. I have tried so many things to try to get her to sleep through the night, but literally nothing works. I can’t let her cry it out because she will go into full blown hysterics and cry until she vomits. She does occasionally sleep through the night for one or two nights a month, but most nights she’s up anywhere from 2-10 times a night. I’m so exhausted, my husbands exhausted. We are so lost, not even our pediatrician has anymore recommendations we can try. Please send everything you’ve got because she’s making me not want anymore kids.
