Amelia and Mila for COUSINS? Please read first.

We have a goddaughter named Amelia. (Aside from us being appointed the Godparents, she is also my husbands niece.) Her mother ran off with her so now her own father can’t see her. I’m telling you guys this just for context. So you guys can imagine that if I see the little girl at all, I’d probably be once a year as they live in another country anyway. We’re 100% invested in the name Mila but I just caught this coincidence and now I’m wondering if the similarity is that noticeable.
