Ovulation Test
I took the clearblue ovulation test and got a solid smiley at 7am and BD at 12pm. Three or four days later I had a little blood and then BD again and then next day had more blood but then it stopped. Is bleeding after ovulation normal? Is there certain things I should avoid during that period of time? Certain foods? Exercises? Or do I just go on life as normal and then do a pregnancy test if I miss my next period?
