What dose of letrozole worked for you, and after how many cycles?

I didn’t produce any mature follicles on letrozole and took a higher dose. For some reason my body only responds to clomid.

Answer

I’ve done 14 medicated cycles, 6 of Clomid and 8 of Femara. Doing 15th, Femara again in April. I ovulated every medicated cycle which means it was successful just no pregnancy. The medication is only to assist ovulation, actually getting pregnant is another story!
